From Concept to Approval: Our Design Process

Our work begins with concept development and presentation, a collaborative approach that hinges on a comprehensive client interview. Once we have a clear understanding of project goals, we conduct a thorough site review, gathering precise measurements and capturing reference photographs to ensure every aspect of the space is accounted for.

Using this data, we create base building outlines in CAD, forming the foundation for preliminary layout options. These options are then refined through open dialogue with the client, ensuring each revision moves us closer to a plan that meets both aesthetic and functional requirements. From there, we select the best features from all proposals to form a composite or approved plan.

Throughout this process, our drawings serve as both a creative and practical tool. We demonstrate our concepts visually to give clients a clear vision of each idea, helping them understand the layout, flow, and design. Moreover, these detailed drawings help streamline the approval process with landlords, banks, and municipalities, ensuring our clients can move forward with confidence at every stage of development.
