The 24,000-square-meter building is composed of : • Three-story of underground parking with a capacity of 70 vehicles. • Three-story for a shopping mall composed of clothing stores, a food court, and a children’s playground. • Four-story of offices from different business sectors. • Two-story for restaurants serving national and international cuisine. • Four-story for luxurious studios and apartments, varying in size from one to two bedrooms. • Two duplexes on the last floor with modern designs. • A swimming pool and a gym on the ninth floor.
