Orca Kinshasa

Orca Kinshasa project consists of building a 26,000 square-meter extension to the existing Orca building and to connect them seamlessly.

The project involves the construction of a six-floor building with underground parking, seamlessly integrated with the existing structure. The new and old buildings are functionally unified—all floors connect as one cohesive space, while one underground tunnel link the new and existing parking areas.
